1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

Saree must not have stains, perfume, makeup marks, or alterations.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
Instead:
✔ Eligible returned products will be converted into Store Credit Points.
✔ Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
✔ Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Store credit is:

Non-transferable

Non-withdrawable as cash

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized / stitched blouse orders

Pre-draped sarees

Fall & edging / alteration services

Clearance or sale items

International orders
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear unboxing video and images

After verification, we will issue replacement or store credit.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
