1. Dispatch Timeline

• All orders undergo a quality check before being packed.
• Dispatch Time: Please allow 7–8 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the package is on its way.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically reach their destination within 10 business days.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹150. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping (Outside India)

• We proudly ship our authentic Indian sarees worldwide.
• Delivery Time: International orders generally take 15 business days for shipping and delivery after dispatch.
• Customs & Duties: Please note that any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the service provider (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Delhivery). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delays

While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, customs clearance processes (for international), or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

1. No Cash Refund Policy

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any order. We operate on a Store Credit system. If you wish to return a product, we will issue Store Credit to your account, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

2. Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We only accept exchanges if the product received is damaged/defective or if the incorrect item was sent to you.

• Condition: For an exchange to be valid, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact.
• Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing info@goonshopping.com. Please include clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect product received.

3. The Exchange Process

• Once your request is submitted and reviewed, we will guide you through the return process (either via a pickup or by providing shipping instructions).
• After we receive and verify the returned item, your Store Credit will be processed, or the replacement item will be dispatched.

4. Important Disclaimers

• Color Variations: Please note that minor color differences may occur due to variations in screen brightness and display settings. These are not considered defects.
• Handloom Irregularities: Traditional handloom products often feature slight weave irregularities, knots, or "slubs." These are natural characteristics of hand-woven fabrics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
