• Delivery Time: International orders generally take 15 business days for shipping and delivery after dispatch.
• Customs & Duties: Please note that any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

• Condition: For an exchange to be valid, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact.
• Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing contact@goonshopping.com. Please include clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect product received.
